The founder's story

SILT started with a blood report.

Cholesterol: 296. Ten years into the corporate grind — the 3 PM slump, the 2 AM ceiling-stare. And a sister diagnosed diabetic at 29.

I'm Abhishek Mitra. I spent a decade building businesses for other people — a ₹1,400 Cr P&L at Livspace, six years at Asian Paints before that. I had every professional metric going up, and every health marker going down.

I tried fixing it the way everyone does: a drawer full of supplements. An 8–10 pill stack I never trusted and never sustained — because in the Indian psyche, tablets are medicine, and nobody celebrates taking medicine.

My sister chased Ayurvedic answers — jamun juice, methi, ajwain — every jar tasting like punishment. Between us, we had the whole broken category: clinical products that feel like illness, or traditional ones without doses.

So we built what we wished existed

Two 60-second drink rituals. SILT Mornings for gut, energy and vitamins. SILT Night for recovery, calm and sleep. Clinical doses printed on the pack. Flavours made for the Indian palate. Wellness you'd actually show off, not hide in a drawer.

Before writing a single label, we spoke to 530 people and sat with 120+ corporate professionals — the formulas answer their real days, not a marketing brief.

I'm not building for a market. I'm building for my own bloodline.
